legal responsibility for car loan

I divorced in 2004. My ex wanted the SUV ( a joint account loan) . He would not refinance loan.. Divorce states I'm not responsible.. Now Ex defaulted on loan (repo). I know my credit is shot now but can the collectors put a lean on my home??

I have 3 kids.. Help!!! (just recieved a call from a very ''Friendly collector''

If they get a judgment against you, that judgment will act as a lien on all real property that you own. You have to sue hubby incomyempt for failure to hold you harmless for the debt.
