Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
myself and my daughter have a misdeamor on our record which we were told canbe expunged once we come up with the money. We were in a fight with a minor 2 1/2 years ago. We were recently in a fight with a adult assault charges were filed against the both of us what is going to happen to us if we go tocourt for this matter?
