My son way picked up in ohio for
for drinking he tested under the limit which was .073. We live in IN
The fine for this in ohio is 350.00 fine 400.00 for class. will Indiana
do something like suspend is license?

He can still be charged and convicted of a DUI, but the jury would have to be convinced that his driving was impaired even though he tested under the limit... He must defend himself and fight for a reduction at least, since whatever happens to his license here will happen to his license there. He can win, and should win, but must not just lie down for them.
