Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

only after numbers judge

I was pulled over after giving a speech at a campus charity event. After being stopped I admitted to having 4 beers.I stopped drinking 1 1/2 hours prior to the stop.I had soft contacts in for 17 hours and have been seeing a therapist from an accident to regain my balance. The arresting officer said I failed the pen test and field test.I took 2breathalizer at the station that produced no result. The officer said I was blowing wrong.During this time he open the machine.this was the second time it was opened that day.the third test produced a reading of.137.This was 1am 3 hours after I stopped drinking.I originally plead not guilty but,the judge would not give me work priviledges until court which would be 6 months away.I couln't wait that long! So,I had to change my plea to no contest.By doing this I can drive to work but,I will lose my job.Can I go after the judge, the officer and the machine once my sentancing is over? The machine should have not been opened for any reason. My doctor,a university representative and about 200 people are willing to testify on my behalf. Can I go back after these people once things are done?I know what I had that night and the officer should have never opened that machine.
