In Chambers Conversation with a Judge
My daughter is going to court with her X husband who has custody of the minor children and we need help to find a form so we can file it for a in chambers conference with the children with the Judge residing on the case. She has been awarded Rule 19 and he has been in contempt since Jan and she has filed on her own contemp charges. We would like for the Judge to speak with the children in chambers. We was told that we have to fill out a form and we would like to know if you have that form available. Thank You

There is no form that I know of but you can file a motion like this:

Wife CASE NUMBER

vs JUDGE

husband MOTION FOR IN

CAMERA INTERVIEW

Wife hereby requests an in camera interview of the minor child named_______.
