Child custody

If parents are seperated but not divorced can the children be taken away from the mother if her new boyfriend moves in with her

The children should not be removed from the situation unles the father can show harm to the children as a result of your moving in with your boyfriend. It is important, depending on the age of the child, to discuss the situation with the child so that they understand what is going on.
