Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Complaint against a county court system

would a party take a complaint to, if they felt a countyWho court showed bias to one parent in a child support and custody hearing? This includes a person who works for the system divulging priviliged information to a contact in that Parent's family.

Is there a state ethics resource that oversees the individual counties where a complaint may be heard?

You can file an affidavit of prejudice with the Supreme Court. But be prepared if the request is denied, to have the same judge as before.
