after being divorced for 10 plus years can i get paternity test to stop child support if i am not father

Yes you would be able to get a paternity test for child support as long as the child is not over the age of 23, which I assume he or she isn't if you are still paying support. However, you need some sort of evidence to prove that you are not the father. For example, evidence of an affair by your ex-spouse around the time that the child would have been conceived.
