Can I quit claim deed my assets to a relative so as to not have any assets or income to receive legal aid in a divorce case?

I wouldn't do that because then the relative can do whatever they want to with your assets. You no longer have any control over them. Also, if legal aid finds out you did this they will not help you. They are very picky with the types of cases that they are taking right now.

I would be able to assist you in this divorce. I only charge $50 an hour and I do payment plans with many of my clients.

Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or at 330-447-7634. I am happy to help in any way that I can.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you and have a great day.
