Re: family

Call your new school and ask them to write down exactly what they need.

Call the clerk of courts for the domestic relations division in the county where your parents were divorced and have them look up your parents divorce case. They will tell you who the judge was. Ask the clerk if that judge is still on the bench. If so, ask to be connected to the judge's secretary or bailiff. If the judge is no longer on the bench ask who his or her replacement is and to be contacted to that judge's secretary.

Tell the judge's bailiff your issue; that you want to return to school but that your mother will not allow this to happen. See if the judge can issue an immediate ex-parte order that would meet the school's requirements.

Your father could certainly help you with this.

If you still need assistance after you have attempted the above, feel free to call and speak with an attorney at my firm.
