Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Filing Own Divorce

I have been seperated from my husband for about two years and can not afford a divorce. I was told that I could file my own divorce if I found out all of the forms that I needed. Is this true? If so, what are the forms I need to get so that I can begin this process?

Re: Filing Own Divorce

You need to go to a law library, and check out some form books for Ohio. You're going to have to draft your own forms, and those will have to be tailored to suit the local rules in the county where you are filing.
