statutes of limitations on a divorce

I have been seeking a divorce from my husband . He never signs the papers . I s there any limitation on how long he can drag his feet . also is ther anyway I can get a temporary child support order .

It sounds like your husband is unwilling to sign dissolution papers. He is under no obligation to sign anything. A dissolution is a voluntary agreement between two spouses. If he doesn't agree, he won't sign. Unless you file a divorce complaint against him, nothing will happen. If you want temporary child supprt, you must file for it as part of the divorce.
