Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My husband is in the military and we've been married since May 2007. He has had a baby by another woman, and he has not been supporting me. In fact, I had to take him for child support for our 4 yr old daughter. I lived homeless at one point because he refused to support me, is there some kind of law against that? When I file for divorce, what can I do for him to repay me back? because I'm sure he is getting extra money for our daughter and I, but not to support outside children with.

Is this your ex-husband? How did you take him for child support? When you file for divorce, child support will become manadatory and enforceable.
