Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Hi... I am married and had an affair and got pregnant. Me and my husband are still together. I know that the other man is the father. I havent had the baby yet. I told the other man I was pregnant and he was "excited" at first until he realized me and my husband are not seperating. He first said that he wanted joint cusody which I dont want to do that but I didnt say so. Then he started threatening me with a lawyer, saying, "I got a lawyer and he needs your address to contact you". I said we can talk through the courts because he can be a mean person and I said goodbye. My question is, Will he be able to obtain joint custody? He doesnt want to pay child support so i know thats why he want shared parenting. Will he get full custody? Im scared. I made a huge mistake and now im worried about loosing my baby. He deals weed and his house is nasty and moldy. I dont want my baby going there. There other man does work. Im unemployed and my husband is seeking disability. I am very worried about this situation any advice would be greatly appreciated and in my graditude you will surely be in prayer. Thank you, Elizabeth

Elizabeth, I am sorry to hear about your circumstances. I do not practice law in the area of domestic relations; therefore, I am not going to be able to answer your questions, nor will I be representing you. I urge you to consult immediately with a domestic relations lawyer regarding your potential legal rights. The Columbus Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service (telephone number 614-221-4112; web address http://www.peoplesbar.org/findingalawyer/referral_form.php) may be able to provide you with the names of some central Ohio lawyers who handle these types of matters. If you cannot afford a lawyer, then the Legal Aid Society of Columbus (telephone number 1-888-246-4420; web address http://www.columbuslegalaid.org/) may be able to assist you. I am sorry I cannot help you.
