Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Been married for 2 years and 4 months. My husband purchased a house before we were married but we picked it out together, he furnished it with his money but I helped pick it out. I havent been working since before the marriage and have been going to school. I have two children from a previous marriage and one with him. He has supported us the entire time. Now we are getting divorced and he is offering me a car and 3000.00 ( the money I have to pay back) to get on my feet. Am I entitled to more? We live in Ohio. I cant finish school because I have to find a job and finding a job is going to take some time.

In a divorce action with children, there is a separation agreement and a shared parenting plan. Both involve money, among other things. Make sure you have both worked out.
