Depending on what court orders are on the record, you can file a motion to show cause which puts the burden on your ex to explain why he has been in violation of a court order requiring him to pay child support. Essentially, you have to go back to court and a post-decree motion or two, a trial schedule will be set, then the issues will either be settled by agreement or will go to trial and the magistrate or judge will decide. As always, you should consult an attorney to protect your interests during this process.
