Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

grandparents poisoned child

my childs custodial grandparents had him on meds but lied to me, even though they had custody, they gave him a his evening dosage several hours early and he would be high out of it and sleep for 17 hours of our 24 hour visits then in the morning he wouldnt be getting his meds from me because i didnt even know he was on it he went through withdrawls was moody and had tummy aches he was only 4 y/o. i want to sue them for causing himto go through this, i mean they had custody, they didnt have to do this to him, i am sure he came to associate the terrible feelings of drug withdrawl with being with me for the already limited time we had, visit time was the only time he felt that way, i wonder if they wanted that. please contact me at mikesharon62netzero.com

Re: grandparents poisoned child

You were not clear as to why they have custody, and

whether you have retained any parental rights. Your

child should have a guardian ad litem to sue for your

child. Is the government involved? I need to know a

lot more in order to give you advice.
