Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

harrassment among other illegal activities
A letter was sent to my fiancee's parents asking them not to contact us. Like a letter of dissolution. They have caused us to change cell numbers, and cancel e-mail accounts. We moved out of the state they reside in. They began relentlessly call my parents cell phones and home phones..stating everything from kidnapping to fraud and riddiculous things. My parents had to change their cells too, and turned off answering machine. They began mailing letters and threating us and my parents..they obtained our address illegally and now have began mailing our current unlisted address. How do I make them stop?
