Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

I got a judgment against me...I sold a house 7yrs ago...the owner defaulted..

they sued me and him....I answered but still got default/summary judgement

how do I Undo it....and can they garnish my money...?

It depends on when the judgment was entered. In Ohio, you have 30 days from the journalization of the order to file an appeal. After the 30 days have passed, you would need to get leave from the court or file what is known as a Rule 60(b) motion for relief from judgment.

Once you have a judgment against you, it is difficult to over turn. I would recommend consulting with an attorney asap.
