Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio

auto accident

I had another car come around a sharp curve and hit me almost head on in my lane. It has taken his insurance company almost a month to decide that it was his fault, eventhough the state trooper on the sence said it was. his insurance company would not give me a rental so I have not had a car for the past month. Now they are saying that they will only give my $7100 for the van but that is not enough to buy another one just like it. My van was loaded with everything and I want another just like it. The retail rail for my van is over $9000. How can I get them to pay me enough to replace my van?

Re: auto accident

You could sue the other driver for the difference. Also, if you had any injuriers at all, You could get some money for medical, pain & suffering. You could add the rental in the lawsuit and any lost work time, etc. If you are in or near Summit County, feel free to give me a call for a free consultation.
