Legal Question in International Law in Ohio
My brother wants to leave the country to live in italy with family. My father is in the hospital after trying to kill himself. My aunt called me with the news and blamed my brother age 35. My brother suffers from mental illness. I haven't been able to speak with my father bc he is still in the hospital and unable to speak. My aunt wants me to prevent my brother from coming back to Italy. He has the intention to live there with my father. Is there anything i can do as his sister to prevent him from leaving the country?

No. If what you are saying is that you suspect that he is guilty of a crime then all you can do is report that to law enforcement. But if that is not the case, then of course you have no control over where he goes.
