Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio
emancapation
i was wondering if because in am 15 and my birthday is in july if it was still posible to be on my own and get emancapated.what is going on is i was living with my aunt she kicked me out of my home i have one of two places to go.and one of them i cant go.i have been taking care of myself ever since i was 6 years old.i am able to talk control of myselk and fend for myself.I have many of family who will agree apon with what im saying. i am a full time student and i do need to get a job but i also need to get emancapated . so if you could write me back and explane to me how i would go about getting this done i would be very excited to hear from you..

There is no emancipation in ohio for minors. Sorry. Find yourself a legal guardian that you like and then have that person make a motion in court.
