Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

I was in a car accident in Wisconsin. The other driver, who was at fault, lives in Illinois and I live in Ohio. Which state can I file a lawsuit in for injury compensation?

Suit could most likely be filed in any one of those states. The problem is that wherever you file you may have to fight a little to keep it there because the other side can try to have the case moved to a different court. Consult an attorney to decide which state would be most appropriate.
