Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

An employee of Bob Evans backed into me in the parking lot on her way to work. She won't contact her agency. Is the restaurant liable at all?

The restaurant is not liable unless the employee was working at the time she hit you and she was doing something for her employer, like going to pick up supplies or deliver food. To put some pressure on the employee to get her insurance company involved you might want to tell her employer what happened and the problems you are having with their employee. On the other hand if the damage is minor and you have no injury I don't see any problem with the driver paying out of her pocket for the damage she caused as long as she makes full payment promptly.
