Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

In the State of Ohio, if an owner of a company were going to shoot a fireworks display himself, in order to save money and he drew a large crowd to watch, but when the fireworks were detonated, without any negligence on the part of his business or its owner, flaming debris fell onto nearby businesses causing ruination to the area. The people grew into an angry mob and hundreds were trampled to death while others injured by the fire. Millions of dollars of property destroyed. What theory would the owner who shot the fireworks be found liable for these losses?
