Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I have recently started an LLc. I will be leasing a property for my business. Is the property leased to me or my business and I sign as an officer of the company? Please let me know.

I believe it's leased to your business. Be sure, however, to keep separate accountings between your business and your personal affairs. Commingling monies can create problems down the road.
