Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

willed property

my mother has a deed to property that was willed to my dad, Who died yrs ago the land was his parents,he had 3 other brothers and sisters. the land was split into 4 pieces. My mother wants nothing to do with it. Is there someway that she can give me the land. Im the only child. All my dads brothers and sisters are still living but there up in age.

they all had more then 1 child so its going to get interesting when they pass away. thank you

Depends on how the deed reads, and what your dad actually received. I'd like all of the probate file numbers, to follow up on the whole situation.

It all depends how your father owned the property. Did he own it by himself, or jointly with his siblings? Write back with more details, such as the type of deed.
