Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

One beneficiary refuses to sell?

Will has been assigned to children and their spouses and property can be sold as long as everyone signs the Listing Agreement to Sell; however one party refuses to sign. What is the next step?

Re: One beneficiary refuses to sell?

At this point you will need to get authority from the Court to sell the property and the Court will have to approve the sales price.
