My boyfriend and I share all our household income which usually goes into his bank accounts...my name is not on his accounts or on our can or truck titles that we purchased together...he is having health problems and I suggested that we make out a will for both of us since he has one child with and ex wife and 2 children with another ex wife...I have no leagal standing since we are not married...with no will or named administrator of his estate who would the judge most likely appoint since all his children are under age?

You definitely need to talk to an estate planning as soon as possible.

Without a will you would probably have to fight to get the bank account and the car and truck. You might have an argument if you can show your contribution to pay for these items but it would be very difficult.

If your boyfried would pass away without a will his children would share his estate (bank account, car and truck). You can apply to be appointed administrator but the children's mothers would have first right to be appointed administrator as the children's natural guardian.

It is quite possible without the proper legal documents you will lose everything, You should take steps to protect yourself immediately.
