Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Need to fire an atty.that don't specialize in estate probate

What can I do to get rid of an atty. that I don't have an contract with and isn't familier with estate probate?

Can the court appoint an atty. for me that has worked in this field? What do I need to do?

Easy. Since you are paying him (I assume you are the admninistrator) just write him a letter telling him he is fired. Better, if you find another attorney first, I am sure that person will help you. By the way, I do probate in Summit County. If that is where your case is, feel free to call. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
