legal requirements to be an executor

Must the executor of an estate of a diseased person

who lived in Ohio also be a resident of Ohio or can the

executor live in another state and perform the duties?

An executor can be a non-resident of the State of Ohio. Any attorney who works on the matter, must be admitted to the practice of law in Ohio.
