I have a power of att. for my mother.. She passed away. Can I still use the power of att. if there is no will?

I am sorry for your loss. No once your mother has passed away the power of attorney is no longer in effect.

If there are assets that need to be probated you should consult a probate attorney to be appointed administrator.
