Last Will & Testiment

My husband and I dissolved our marriage in 2003. Our divorce decree made all previous agreements null and void but our wish is to keep each other as power of attorney and executor. We have two minor children. Can we sign a general affidavit to make our previous will and testiments, power of attorney, etc. valid again?

We want to do this in the least complicated and most economical fashion.
