Unlawful wage practices
Is a company legally able to deduct commisions on unpaid inventory stored at customers location(s)? The charge is prime plus 2% on the sell price, not cost.

Deduct from whom, a company employee
or independent contract? Assuming it's the latter and there's a contract which allows for such deductions, then the answer must necessarily be, yes.
