Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oklahoma
Answer to a ''Petition For Foreclosure''
Do I have to respond to this Petition? It states that I must respond in writing in 20 days. If I ignore this will the Plaintiff get the property and leave me alone? I have filed bankruptcy and no longer live there and do not want to.

yOU SHOULD SIT DOWN WITH AN aTTY AND LET HIM/HER REVIEW YOUR PAPERWORK. gENERALLY SPEAKING, IF YOU FILED BCY AND SURRENDERED THE PROPERTY, YOU PROBABLY NEED DO NOTHING, BUT IT IS BEST TO ASK.
