If you get charged from having written a hot check in a state you used to live in (Oklahoma) can the charge travel to another state (Texas)?

If charges are made for Bogus Check, then most likely a warrant will eventually be issued for your arrest and yes you can be arrested on a warrant issued in Oklahoma.
