Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

i had a question earlier about my case im on a deferred sentence and im in college and i cant afford tp pay the rest of fines if im on probation and i cant get a good job because of it. they issued a warrant for app to acc i dont know what that means but i have a good record and this will be expunged after my probation. is there anyway the judge can let me get off probation and let me pay fines after seeing that i can actually get a good job and pay them?i have judge otey

No to all your questions with exception to the expungement. The motion filed on your case is to end your deferred because you did not comply with your rules and conditions of probation. You will need to appear at that hearing. You should hire an attorney to negotiate with the DA in order to keep you on a deferred. Are you sure you have judge Otey because she is doing small claims these days. You have a warrant out for and acceleration of your sentence because you have not followed your rules and conditions of probation. Failure to pay is probably one of the grounds the state is alleging, but there may be more. The judge will not grant your expungement if you have not paid. You may be able to extend your probation longer in order to pay.
