divorced in texas in 1997 child support started. in 1998 began living with ex who had child support stoped through motion for non-suit. we moved to Oklahoma and continued to live together until 2009. can she have child support re-instated in Ok using the original divorce decree of 1997 in texas or does the motion for non-suit "without prejudice" make the order null and void

A child support order is ongoing no matter what jurisdiction or court it is held in and it can be reinstated on behalf of the children.
