Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Hi, question here- In going through a divorce can i be ordered to pay alimony if I keep all the bills? I make 95k a year she makes 12k, we have been married 26 yrs. She has health issues and so do I. 3 kids one minor. one with handicapps. I am military. I am going to keep all the debt we have accumilated in our years togehter which is 85% of my income. I pay all the bills now and have always let he keep her earnings. I know I will have to pay child support for the 16 yr old but am concerned about alimony. If I assume all the debt- morgage, utilities, car payments, insurance, celll phone etc and then try to make it out on my own can I be ordered to pay her if there is nothing left?

Under the circumstances you outlined, this alimony shouldn't be an issue or problem. Just let the Judge know your intentions.
