Husband has asset of 3 cars!

My question is: My husband has 3 cars and i have none i was wondering in the divorce decree can i get the car that works. We have 2 children out of the marriage

I am assuming that you do not have an attorney working for you. If you do he or she will assist you in getting a fair property settlement. Property division under Oklahoma law is equitable that doesn't necessarily mean a 50-50 split of the assets (and debt) but it means a fair division. It would probably be helpful to visit a local attorney to assist you in determining the assets and what is fair
