Is it illegal for your employer to take hours away from your time sheet even though you use a time clock to punch in such as your punch shows 6:45 am to 3:pm then your employer edits it to show 7:am to 3:pm

Without a valid reason to do so, your employer should not be changing your time in the way you describe, and you are owed the value of that time. If your employer has been doing this for a while, and especially if it's being done to other employees also, you really should talk to an attorney about this one.
