Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma

We have a contract for a deed on a house with another couple. This customer has not paid in over a year. Our contract that all of us has signed states that if they miss a payment they have 30 days grace to make up the payment and they have yet to do this. We have approached them several times in person and have asked them to pay and they say there are not working right now and was looking for a job.

Is there some kind of process we need to go through to get them out of the house?
