Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma

rental lease agreement not upheld

I sign a lease to rent a house on Feb. 8 2007. The realtor listing said the property will be ready by March 15, 2007. We signed and put a $500 deposit down which the realtor also stated in thier listing. March 15, 2007 has pass and we did not recicve a phone call. I had call the realtor office and she ask if I could call the current person renting and she also see can she reach them. By not getting the key on the date state puts me in a bind, I'm about the clear my apartment. Also I have stuff that was to be delivered that day, It's costing me time and money because I planned my move date on the day I was to get the key. What kind of legal actions can I take? I don't have a place for my family to live and already turned in my written 30 day notice to my current place of residents.
