Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oklahoma

Riding on other's property

We live on 14 acres and our children have 4-wheelers. The area children and friends of our children have discovered that we have made a track for riding. When they hear the children riding they come over. Their parents know where they are and what they are doing. My question is are we liable for any accidents and if we have the parents sign a waiver (release of liability) or type of letter will that help?
