Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

I was adopted by my grandparents, who have passed away. My grandpa's (dad) brother has just passed away and his neighbor is trying to claim everything. I'm I entitled to his belonings?

Yes by intestate law. Look for a will let by yoru greatuncle. If he does not have a Will, you can still initiate probate. I would suggest you do that. Find an attonrey who does probate.
