Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

In a no-contest clause; if the person removed from joint tendancy of property does his property go to the residual heirs since he was removed & not died or to the other half owner of property? It only states if deceased!

Your question is unclear. Explain what the deed provides. You cannot be removed from joint tenancy without an order of the court or wihtout your consent. So, write back the following:

1. how the original deed was worded.

2. The deed with the current changers.

3. If there is a Will, then what the Will provides.
