Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

If a person inherits one eight of their grandparents estate, and one half of their parents estate and both are sold out from under them without their permission or consent, what legal steps can be taken to either get those properties back or compensation for said properties. Keeping in mind that the person to whom this happened to doesn't have the funds to hire an attorney.

I'm sorry to hear you were cheated out of your inheritance.

The only thing you can do is find a lawyer who will take the case on contingency. You're going to give up a lot, but whatever you get will be more than you have now.

Good luck.
