Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

My uncle died last May, naming one of his three daughters as administrator of his estate. She waited 37 days to file with the court rather than the required 30 or less. The two remaining daughters absolutely do not trust their sister -- should the judge order the will followed -- to fairly divide their father's estate.

My question(s) is this: Could the two remaining daughters request...and have any chance of its being granted...for the *court* to administer the estate? The "appointed" sister has proven herself to be a person of very questionable character.

No. The court is required to follow the Will unless there was fraud in the making. The two other sisters should attend the intial hearing and request that the Executrix keep them advised of everything - all documents that are filed; all accouting etc. They need to get their own lawyer.
