warrent for violation of probation

Can someone get arrested in Oregon for having a warrent in Texas? For a simple warrent like violation of probation? or is it in TX state only?

It depends on the kind of probation that the person was on when the probation was violated. But, generally speaking, the person could be arrested for an out of state warrant from Texas; even a Motion to Revoke Probation.
