I have a Divorce Decree which includes a Child Support Judgment, as well as a settlement Judgement. This was filed in 1996 in Oregon. Can I still collect on this?

It would depend on the specific facts in your case but generally the answer to the child support portion is yes is the settlement portion is no. Good luck.
